The sunroom offers reading materials for children and adults alike, including heirloom storybooks from our childhood.
Our daybed is a perfect spot to pause and enjoy a relaxing catnap, conversation or cup of coffee.
Our game offerings include a basket of vintage board games for adults, as well as a basket of toys, games and puzzles for children.
Cedar, pine, and stone surround you, blurring the distinction between indoors and outside.
Our library spans interests from hunting to interior design, storybooks to autobiographies.
The Tea Haus is filled with animal imagery. Birds, Rabbits, Dogs and Reindeer make repeat appearances throughout the space.

We don't have a Keurig or a microwave.
We do have imported organic beverages and a kitchen stocked with essentials for people who love to prepare food from scratch.
In addition to our imported chocolates, biscuits, coffee, and tea, we offer our own organic herbal tea blend and locally baked sourdough brioche loaf.
Our gallery kitchen has a four-burner induction range and an apartment-sized convection oven.
Our dining area next to the fireplace invites warm conversation and a casual, open-concept dining experience next to the kitchen.
Freshly prepared brioche is provided by a local baker, as well as imported jam and homemade pecan maple butter.
We inherited our resident kudu "Youssou" when we purchased the cottage. He is a perfect dining companion!
Celtic salt, freshly milled black pepper, and whole nuts and cracking paraphernalia accompany the dining table.
Imported coffee, espresso, hot chocolate and black/herbal tea selection are available at our hot beverage bar, alongisde our custom loose herbal tea blend.
Our hot beverage station includes coffe, tea and hot chocolate as well as organic sugar, honey, and Biscoff biscuits.
Our cocktail bar offers sparkling water, cordials, and bitters for an adult treat or a virgin mocktail.

The Great Northern Tea Company was founded in 2016, and we offer a custom North Woods blend for enjoyment and purchase.

We do have organic bedding and personal care products, perennial beds, a seasonal stream, and a quiet dirt road with a mountain view. Cotton bathrobes and slippers are provided.
